1.4 League Bylaws

GMs shall not engage in trades with other teams that could be construed as colluding/sharing/lending resources. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Lending of player(s) to another club for any amount of time with the expectation that the same player(s) will be returned at a later date (e.g. to avoid losing a player in expansion/waiver draft).
• Breaking up a trade over a period of time to let player(s) stay on one team and then have the rest of the "trade" completed a later date (e.g. trading players to help a playoff run and waiting to get the return in the off-season).

GMs that suspect other GMs of this or any other form of collusion are encouraged to submit an inquiry to commish@sichl.com where it will be reviewed by a jury of 3 independent GMs that may or may not include the Commissioner and/or Deputy Commissioner. GMs found to be colluding will be fined from their teams' finances and future transactions will be subject to further scrutiny. Secondary offenses may be met with increased disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the league.
