About the SICHL Rulebook

The SICHL Rulebook governs all league operations. In the event that the league encounters a scenario for which no official ruling is documented, the Commissioner (in consultation with the league's Board of Governors) will determine the appropriate course of action and the rulebook will be amended (if necessary).

The rulebook may be changed at any time at the discretion of the league's Board of Governors. Sufficient notice of proposed changes will be provided on the SICHL homepage and outlined in the space below.
