Maxime Comtois has 2G and 3A for 5 points in 5GP. Playing a pretty solid game with the exception of a bad boarding penalty against the USA. The 3rd line combo of Comtois, Brett Howden and Alex Formention has looked pretty good!
Victor Mete suffered an injury against the USA, saw limited action against Denmark and sat out the last game against the Swiss. In 4GP, Mete has 2A and is a plus 7.
Game 1 – Canada 4-2 over Finland

Mete registered an assist on the game-winning goal scored by Drake Batherson in the first period and named Player of the Game.
He was also initially credited with a helper on Taylor Raddysh's middle-frame marker, but the mention was removed later on in the game.

Game 2 Canada 6-0 over Slovakia

Victor Mete earned his second assist of the tournament, setting up Jordan Kyrou's second-period tally. The 19-year-old defenseman finished his night with a plus-3 differential over 25:36 of ice time -- tops among his teammates.
Comtois 12:26 TOI 1G 2SOG
